showing signs of life from my top secret study hideouts. whenever im home, i get nothing done, so i am living downtown for the month and frequenting all the coffee/bubble tea shops that already know my face faaaar too well. anyhow, i was really into this ombre suit which i first saw on alice point. my jaw dropped just a tad when i saw it was from h&m. i ran over and bought the last jacket (no pants to be found). i’ve sortof been living in this for the past little while; its ridiculously versatile.

i’ve realized, a lot of the time when i blog, i’m in a horrible mood. mostly because i find blogging quite relaxing; its like a cultivation of self and allows me to take a breather for a minute (or 3 hours, same difference) and get lost in the treasure trove of the almighty interwebs. although its sad that most of my friends are going home for the summer, i’m glad that i will get some time to myself to gather my thoughts. as much as this may sound like the myspace bio of a sassy 13 year old, i realize just how important music/fashion/art, and ultimately my sense of aesthetic is to me. i’ve sort-of lost myself in the past handful of months.
moral of story: always surround yourself with those who inspire you, never underestimate how healthy and useful personal reflection is, and lastly, always strive to be better! i hope you enjoy this little collection of items i put together. i just got out of exams, and plopped right into summer school+intensive lsat studying; so putting mind over matter (read: comfort and simplicity) has been working for me lately. ps : happy music follows.
